1. About us

2. Ordering & Contract

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept by confirming payment and making your item(s) available (dispatch of physical goods, or provision of download link). Contract formation occurs when we send order confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include taxes where applicable. We use third-party payment processors for security. You must provide accurate billing details. Prices may change but won't affect confirmed orders.

Physical goods: 14-day cancellation right from delivery (exceptions apply for hygiene items - see Returns Policy).

Digital downloads: If you opted for immediate access at checkout, you acknowledged that your 14-day cancellation right ends once delivery begins. See Returns Policy for full details.

Weighted Products Safety Clause

Weighted blankets and other weighted items sold by Awareverse are provided as general comfort products only and are not medical devices or therapeutic treatments. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition including anxiety, autism, ADHD, or sleep disorders.

Weighted products are not suitable for children. Customers must ensure the user can remove the item independently and is able to regulate breathing, circulation, and body temperature. Extra care is required for any user with respiratory, cardiac, circulatory, mobility, or temperature regulation difficulties.

Use of weighted products is entirely at the customer’s own risk. By purchasing any weighted product, the customer accepts full responsibility for its safe and appropriate use and agrees to follow all guidance set out in our Product Safety Information.

7. Faulty or Not as Described

If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Licence for Digital Content

Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own use only. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display or post files online. Backup copies for personal use are permitted.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use our products or services for unlawful purposes, to infringe anyone's rights, or in ways that could harm others or our business reputation.

10. Liability

We do not exclude liability where unlawful to do so (death, personal injury, fraud). Subject to this, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions).

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the version applying to your order is the one in force at checkout. We'll notify customers of material changes.

13. Governing Law

English law governs these terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
